As part of our commitment to supplier development, we source all our dedicated transport from local SMMEs supported by Omega. We have entered into enterprise and supplier development agreements with smaller black-owned businesses and where possible we incorporate these arrangements to the benefit of our clients. We ensure that the highest standards are maintained, and that all relevant regulations are complied with.
These enterprises are pivotal to our operational approach as they ensure the timely deployment of our workforce, and their safety on the road. Transport operators benefit from guaranteed income over a longer timeframe, and easier access to credit. We are actively engaging with local communities as we look to expand our supplier development footprint, including possible project joint ventures and the subcontracting of support functions.
